The service is provided through the following steps:

Initial meeting:

  • We talk to customers to understand and confirm their specific problems and requirements, then advise and explain to customers to understand and agree on how we will do it.
  • We will also agree with the customer on the goals of the service, the scope, duration, and schedule of implementation, the way of cooperation and support between the two parties (especially when there is an urgent deadline or shortage of resources), a list of documents to provide, notes on important procedures and/or big risks that need real attention from both parties, etc. This step can be done via email and/or through face-to-face meetings, depending on the client.

Service performance (at client's office): We observe and study client documents to understand business operations, governance culture, organizational structure, and business processes. customer work. We will then conduct interviews with the client's relevant personnel to verify their needs and functions.

Product preparation: We will prepare the products as agreed with the customer and then send it to the customer for review and feedback before officially releasing. Meetings will follow to further explain the products.

Advising clients on how to effectively apply and deploy risk management documents in practice. We understand that there will be a certain gap between the document and the actual implementation, so it is necessary to have specific guidelines and advice to be able to bring real results.
