With this service, we act as an independent, objective, and confidential party to assist customers in carrying out necessary and professional procedures to identify and detect fraud in the business when unusual signs arise.
Deliveries of this service may include:
- The report presents the findings and evidence of fraud (if any) based on the procedures performed.
- Recommendations to help customers prevent and detect future fraud early.
- Our team of experienced professionals will help ensure the job is done quickly and efficiently, and the customer's problem is dealt with completely and comprehensively.
Note: We only perform this service for frauds related to accounting data and documents, financial positions, assets, and information systems of enterprises.
Clients of this service can be any business that needs to use the service.
The service is delivered with the following steps:
- Initial preliminary meeting: We talk to the customer to understand and confirm the specific problem and request of the customer, then advise and explain to the customer to understand and agree on how we will do it. We will also agree with the customer on the goals of the service, the scope, duration, and schedule of implementation, the way of cooperation and support between the two parties (especially when there is an urgent deadline or a shortage of resources), a list of documents to be provided, notes on important procedures and/or major risks that need real attention from both parties, etc. This step can be done via email and/or through face-to-face meetings, depending on the client.
- Service implementation (at the customer's office): After studying the relevant data and documents provided by the customer, our experts will carry out the necessary procedures, which may include: checking and comparing documents, verifying documents, interviewing, checking the system, comparing and contrasting data, sending confirmation letters to related parties, consulting specialized experts,...
- Product preparation: We will prepare the products as agreed with the customer and then send it to the customer for review and feedback before officially releasing them. Meetings will follow to further explain the products.
- Advising customers: the right solutions to deal with detected frauds, as well as advising on ways to help improve fraud detection and prevention systems in the future.
